Seal Point Balinese Neutered Male 3-years-old |
Simba is a very handsome Seal Point Balinese who was very loved in his former home. However his elderly owner had serious health issues and could no longer care for Simba. He is a nice boy with a friendly disposition. He is a little shy here at the shelter because of all the changes in his life. A home with no dogs or children would be best. Simba will make some person a wonderful companion(and he is incredibly handsome). |

George has been living "on the streets in a local town. It was a long cold winter for any animal living outside. During the last bitter cold snowstorm; a couple brought George into their basement. George bonded with them but they could not keep him because they have an older cat with health issues. He came to the shelter and he has been neutered, leukemia tested and Vaccinated. George was diagnosed with a very bad ear infection(that he probably had for quite some time.) George is a nice boy who would make a wonderful companion for an older person/persons. He has had a very difficult life and we are hoping to find him a loving home where he will be treated with kindness and patience. Because of his past history; a home with no dogs or children would be best. |

Marvin has been given a nickname by the shelter staff - "Marvelous Marvin." He also had another nickname when he first arrived - "Starvin Marvin." He was living on the streets and some kind family brought him to the shelter. He ate everything that was given to him. After worming medication and a trip to the vet; he is now a happy and content boy. He still likes mealtimes but his favorite activity is interacting with people. Marvin can be a little shy with new people but he is a happy fella at the shelter. He is actually learning to play with all the toys and he interacts well with the other cats. |

Taco is a super friendly young male cat that came to the shelter from a local animal control officer. We have to use all positive adjectives to describe him. He is friendly, playful, good with other cats. Because he was found as “a stray;” we wonder from where he came. He would make a great pet for any family looking for a loving and vivacious member to their home. He truly is a special feline with such a good personality. |

Cheech is a young male cat who was rescued from living outside in the cold, scary world. He has adjusted to living inside and he LOVES it. He is shy but loves his scratches and cuddles with his new foster Mom. When he feels safe; he is so sweet and wants lots of cuddles and scratches. He needs a home where he will be strictly an indoor pet. He would do best in a home with no children or dogs(other gentle cats would be fine). |

Cassidy is a young tabico (tabby/calico) who is full of love and fun! She is a younger cat, between 1 and 2 years old. She has a tabby face with a calico body, and beautiful, green eyes. At first, Cassidy is painfully shy. She was fostered because she was terrified, hissing and shrinking back in her compartment. After she warms up to her person or people, she is very affectionate. She likes to sleep cuddled up next to you. She can also be a chatty girl, grumbling and huffing when she knows dinner or play time is coming up. She is very playful. She will make you laugh as she chases her tail around your unmade bed. She enjoys playing by herself as well as chasing after an interactive toy with you. She also enjoys cat video games, if you wanted to let her use your tablet. She has no issues being left by herself. She will be content watching cat TV (outside window) or having a nap. Cassidy was born with one of her back feet missing, but this girl gets around just fine. You may find her underfoot when she wants you to zig and you are planning to zag. She is very strong minded. Due to her initial fear and shyness, Cassidy would do best in a quiet household experienced with cats. She is a former street cat so we have no history of her with children or dogs. |

Scarface is an appropriate name for this boy who has had a very difficult life prior to coming to the shelter. He lived "on the streets" and was picked on by several of the other male cats. In spite of his past history; he is a friendly boy with a nice disposition. He would love to be adopted into a home where he could be pampered and loved. He would probably appreciate a new name also(his facial scars fading). |

Nacho is a very handsome orange tiger male. Generally most orange tigers are handsome (that is my personal opinion) and most are males. Nacho was living outside when he was rescued from the streets. He was very shy when he first came to the shelter but he is becoming more confident and happy. He is very compatible with the other cats so he would make a good companion to another cat in the home. He spends hours watching the bird feeder. It has been wonderful to see the transformation in Nacho now that he feels safe. |

Timmy is a 1-2 year old sweet boy who was trying to survive on his own outside. He is now living in one of our foster homes. He would do best in a home where he is the only pet. He is very scared of other cats and dogs. Timmy is quiet and he loves treats, catnip and being brushed. He is loving the comfort and safety of living indoors. His soft fur, unique markings, double paws and sweet nature are amazing. |

Minerva is a very good natured young female cat. Because of health issues with her former owner; she was surrendered to the shelter. She is very docile and easy going. Her favorite things in life are catnip toys, treats and delicious wet food. Minerva would make a wonderful companion for a mature person or couple. She really is a nice girl. |

Trisket is a super sweet affectionate young girl. She is also incredibly cute with extra toes(polydactyl). Playtime and mealtime are her two favorite activities. Trisket Is very compatible with the other cats at the shelter but we have no knowledge of her interaction with dogs. This girl has brought fun and love into the shelter. Some family will be lucky to have her as their new feline member. |

Mya came to the shelter from a local Animal Control Officer. From her physical appearance; she has had a very difficult life. She is friendly and affectionate. Mealtimes are her favorite activity but she also can be playful. Good food and toys are something new for her. The shelter staff is still evaluating her interaction with other cats. Mya is ready for a "second chance" in life. |

Zoey is a beautiful orange tabby with a sweet personality. She is spayed and current on her vaccinations. Zoey is calm, gentle and loves to cuddle. One of her favorite activities is getting pet behind her ears. Her family must relocate and cannot take Zoey with them. Please help us find this sweet feline a new loving family. |

This is Gracie’s second time at the shelter. She was originally brought to the shelter by Animal Control after being removed from her original owner. Her first adoptive Mom, unfortunately, can no longer care for her. She was surrendered back to the shelter and she is now hoping for her forever home. Gracie is a pretty little white and gray fluff who will be your constant shadow. She is a sweet and sometimes salty girl. She loves to cuddle especially at night. She is happiest next to you or on your lap. Gracie loves to be brushed and will purr and groom herself right along with you. She enjoys playing with you using an interactive toy. Gracie will make you laugh at her antics as she leaps around and dashes through her tunnel. Gracie would do well in a home with singles, couples and teenage children. Since she follows her family members around closely; we recommend young or middle age applicants. |
